Looks like an extra layer of security for your account… May also be useful for peeps that can’t have an authenticator for whatever reason.

Thanks for the info.

I got another fake Blizzard email yesterday. Addressed to the email address I used to sign up with wowhead.com. As every website that asks for my email address gets an unique address that not used or stored anywhere else, I can’t help wondering how the scammers got it.
