Becoming a friend of the guild: the Lemmings friendslist

Lemmings are serious about clearing current raid content within the unique atmosphere that only Lemmings can provide - friendliness, positivity, fair play and camaraderie.

We have all experienced cancelled raids due to missing those all important last sign-ups, and we want to prevent that. As we don't like the idea of advertising for PUGs, Lemmings decided to try something different: a Lemmings of the Light Guild Friend List!

Becoming a friend of the guild means you'll be able to sign up for raids and events on our website just like our guildies. The downside (and plus side of being an actual guildie) will be that guildies get first priority for spots; the plus side is that you are a free agent and get the opportunity to perhaps see some stuff that you wouldn't otherwise get a chance to.

If you want to be added to our friendslist, we ask that you fill in this form (linkie). We will then get in touch with you to let you know if you are successful and grant you the ability to sign up for raids (you will not be able to access other parts of the site).

Rules:
- Sign up for any runs close at 20.00 the day before each raid, and you're given a fair chance to come with us (with priority to guild members). Once you're in the raid group in the instance you are treated as one of our own.
- your gear will need to meet these gear requirements to ensure you can stand your ground. These gear requirements are based on the minimum ilvl that would be viable for the current raid. The current requirements are an ilvl of 550 equipped with your gear fully gemmed/enchanted at a quality level in line with your gear. PvP gems and enchants are not “appropriate” for PvE raids.
- you will be replaced if you have not logged on 15 minutes in advance of the start of the raid; but we are very willing to work with you if you know you're going to be late and tell us about it in advance!
- AFK/bio breaks will be announced by the raid leader
- we have a Master looter for loot, which is assigned to the highest roll in an order of priority ((1) Main spec, (2) Off spec/Alts, (3) Transmogrification, (4) DE/Guild Bank as appropriate)

Etax here, a proud gnimmel and still going strong! It's been a long time since we spoke and since I was curious how things are going with lemmings of the light, I thought it would be nice to check out the website and maybe post an update somewhere. I'm an old, old, old man (for those of you below 20 anyway) playing a cute little gnome DK on Aszune. I'm 55, single, retired and live in Noreway.
I got back to WoW again after almost 2 years last November and joined the guild Riders of Dusk. It's a social guild, and at the time I didn't realy think I would need anything more, but it turns out I'm back full time raiding. I use OpenRaid and have done a few raids with them, but as flex is the only Xrealm possibility for SoO I've started looking for a raiding guild. My main is Angelhearth. She is a gnome DK frost (iLvL 541) and off spec blood (iLvL 526). I have NOT raided as a tank since BC, and that was on a warrior, so if you're looking for a tank, be prepared to help me do some training.

Hi,
I would like to add my main Character Kazanna to your guilds friends list, She is a 551 destruction warlock on azune, lvl 90.
I live in Rochester Kent, U.
Hardcore wise I do like to be in the thick of things but only while I have Multi shot on the go, so i would grade myself as around a 7 to an 8 rating.
Raid exp lfr 14/14, flexi I'm missing blackfuse and garrosh from my kill list, normal raids I have done up to what is part 2 on flexi, but never been with a group that has gone beyond that, no HC exp at all.
I do have teamspeak,(but not keen on speaking on the thing though)
Guild wise, the one I'm in is new, only in the last few days join it due to them asking for 2nd team members, it's called better than life, as of now my name down for the new team but no idea as of when is will take off.
I agree to all rule of game play and conduct.

Hi guys, Eninodrib here, some of you may remember I used to be part of the guild a few years back. Thought I would join this basically because I would like to try and help you out if you are ever short (not really bothered about gear), I have a Shaman healer and a mage that could help you out. I am not looking to do a lot of raiding but could always help nice people out if they need it. Anyway nice speaking with you guys again :-)

I am the GM of Better than Life, but I am taking a bit of time out from hc progression and being honest with having to 2 heal some of the latter bosses I have no problem in saying we have a Priest and a Shaman that are better suited to this so I dont mind at all :-)

I found marriage did get in the way of Warcraft, and the discovery that our first child was on the was was very bad timing - was a few honourable kills off getting the Lieutenant Commander title...

For Exhumed progression runs, I adopt a more hard focus, so would say a 9. On more casual runs, I'd say a 3. I enjoy raiding, and if I've killed it, I don't mind kicking back and relaxing, trying out some different (perhaps even crazy!) things.

What kind of raid experience do you have?:
I was with lemmings up to Spoils in Seige of Orgrimmar. Since then, I have cleared Mythic SoO (6.0 patch), and am currently sitting at 3/7 mythic highmaul, 2/10 mythic blackrock foundry as a shadow priest.
My warrior has tanked up to 7/10 Heroic blackrock, and 6/7 Heroic Highmaul.
